We are a team of around 20 employees and engage various contractors and experts to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Paul Ware
Managing Director
Paul Ware has vast experience across multiple engineering disciplines. Paul joined the team in May 2021 coming from Fonterra where he project managed a number of larger Fonterra projects across NZ. Prior to Fonterra he project managed the construction of two geothermal power stations for Mercury Energy before moving into an operations role running the Mercury geothermal division.
Paul’s project management experience cuts across many industries giving different perspectives. He enjoys utilising this experience to help provide solutions to difficult macro or business problems to support clients.
